About the course
The goal of this course is to help leaders and HR professionals better understand the psychological level of relationships at the workplace and the impact of unconscious processes on the organizational culture.
Only by unlocking of what is hidden from the conscious mind we can make changes in the way we lead others, build culture of psychological safety and prevent mental health injury at work.

**Prerequisite for receiving the Certificate of Attendance is presence on at least 2 modules and completion of a short assignment (requires approx. 30 min). In case of absence on 1 of the modules participants must watch a recorded webinar.
The assignment is not mandatory for those who are not interested in the Certificate.

Module 1

If your organization had a personality, what kind of "person" would it be?

In this module we will discuss:

how unconscious thinking of individuals in a certain system impacts it's health and functioning and shapes its culture,

what makes certain types of organizational cultures unhealthy,

what leaders can do in order to unlock the unconscious dynamics and build a new healthy culture.

On this module we will be talking about:

how the unconscious dynamics leads to unhelpful behavior in teams and manifests in poor performance results,

what is psychological safety in a team and how can leaders create it,

how to build culture of voice, candor and trust.
Module 3

Mental Health in the Workplace
On our last module we will focus on the topic of workplace mental health at work:
-
mental health vs. mental illness: where is the border between the two?

what is the difference between a mental health problem and a psychological barrier to achieving goals?

early symptoms of mental health problems in ourselves and others,
-
measures that prevent mental health problem at workplace.
